 Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is one of the nation's 58 regional, not-for-profit and federally designated organ procurement organizations. Working with Illinois' nine transplant centers and the 183 hospitals in the northern three-quarters of Illinois and northwest Indiana, we serve 11.7 million people.
Our main office is located in Elmhurst, a west suburb of Chicago. In addition to our central Illinois office in Springfield, we operate from satellite locations in Bloomington/Normal, Champaign/Urbana, Peoria and Rockford.
From the East/Downtown Chicago:
Take I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway) approximately 20 miles, to the Lake/York Road exit, Exit 12. Follow exit ramp right to York Road. Turn left (north) onto York Road. Turn left at the next light (west) onto Industrial Drive (the street sign will say Belden Avenue on the right). Gift of Hope will be on your left.
From the North:
Take I-294 South to I-290 West. Take I-290 West to Exit 12. Follow exit ramp right to York Road. Turn left (north) onto York Road. Turn left (west) onto Industrial Drive (the street sign will say Belden Avenue on the right). Gift of Hope will be on your left.
From the South:
Take I-55 North (or from I-57 North, take I-80 East) to I-294 North. Take I-290 West to Exit 12. Follow exit ramp right to York Road. Turn left (north) onto York Road. Turn left (west) onto Industrial Drive (the street sign will say Belden Avenue on the right). Gift of Hope will be on your left.
From the West:
Take I-88 to I-294 North exit onto I-290 West. Take I-290 West to Exit 12. Follow exit ramp right to York Road. Turn left (north) onto York Road. Turn left (west) onto Industrial Drive (the street sign will say Belden Avenue on the right). Gift of Hope will be on your left.
